I've been looking for personal offshore bank accounts where i can store my winnings & capital gains in USD with the facility of Debit Cards & Online banking so that i can send wires for purchases($100k USD max at a time) in Europe, Japan & China, so far i've narrowed it down to 2 banks & i already have the minimum deposit. I'd like to know if they're trustworthy, my plan is to open the accounts virtually. I am from the caribbean & the reason i have to resort to this is because if i send the USD to my home country to my USD bank account i won't be able to have free access to it when i want because our central bank regulates it heavy as there seems to be a shortage of FOREX here.

Bank 1: Capital Security Bank
Bank 2: Al Salam Bank

What's your citizenship and country of residence?

You can find already reviews to both banks here on the forum.

Personal experience with Bank 1: after sending them a passport copy they never ever replied to us again. 2 years ago.

Hi
Yes there are trustworthy banks, but opening an account as an overseas investor with no local status will be an issue. DM me for some pointers
