Personal EMI with fast setup

Hello,

I need EMI which can be topup by card.
I need own IBAN and outgoing SEPA must be with my name / surname.

I prefer EMI which accept only personal(no business) customers.
No revolut, leopay, icard, monese, transferwise.
I'm from EU.

Could you give me any advices?
