Please advise e-wallet with german IBAN which works with Russian passport holders.

Hi guys,

I am looking for advice, I need German IBAN for Lionbridge projects. Unfortunately, Payoneer has changed its EUR IBAN provider from Wirecard AG to Citibank Ireland, as far as I know, Transferwise provides Belgium IBAN...N26 does not work with non-EU customers, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL!
