I have problem to register

It should work. The reason a utility bill is requested is for proof of address. A bank statement is usually accepted as proof of address in lieu of a utility bill.

If you don't have a utility bill a bank statement or credit card statement can do it as well. Also a phone bill in your name can be sufficient.
