Registered vs. Physical vs. Primary Activities Address?

Looking at a Cyprus bank account application. Living in the EU (outside Cyprus) but incorporated in the Caribbean. What should I put for these addresses?

Registered: My Caribbean service provider
Physical: My EU address
Address of Primary Business Activies: My EU address

Plan is to actually move the Caribbean 6 months after business commences and before any real money arrives in this bank account.

Is this the best way to answer these questions?

Registered: (address on your incorporation docs)
Physical: (address your business in ran from)
Address of Primary Business Activies: (address where your company mainly operates)

Basically, they want to know where your legal address is (incorporation), and if you have headquarters/main operation office different from one another.
