I've met someone who lives in the former Soviet Union. They are a native English speaker, owing to having gone to school in an English speaking country. Currently they are working for about $3.50 / hour.
I've suggested it shouldn't be too difficult to get at least $7 / hour.
Can anyone suggest where would be a good place for them to look for online work?
Or if anyone is interested, I can pass on their details, such as Telegram. In my opinion it's quite a nice find to have a native English speaker, but at Eastern European rates.
