Reporting scam companies

Does anyone know about internet watchdog facilities where I can report scam sites and dealers. I had recently been scammed by a site promising return of money with in 3 days if I am not satisfied with their product. When I requested them to pay me back there is no communication from them.

You can report them to their hosting provider. Once that you have done it then there site would not show and thus their business is ruined.

Thanks for the information guys. I am going to report a dozen of scam companies now and I hope that I would also notify about these sites in my blog so that no other people would get scammed like me.
