I have a friend that does not need his Seychelles company anymore.

He think that his company business consultant managing it is trying to force him to renew it and paying for RBO.
Then he will most probably ask him for dissollution costs too.

He does not want to pay money for something that he is not using at all.

So what happens if he just disappear?

He lives in Europe and even if they give penality fees to the company he doubts that they can sue him to really obtain those money.

What do you think?

Can he just abandon that company without problems?

Thank you

has been discussed many times here already. Just leave it, don't pay any renewal fee nor respond on all the reminders you will get, sooner or later they will let the company go and you are rid of it.

Hi, I'm interested. Will be grateful if you PM it to me. thanks

True. Can take up to a decade but in the end it will be struck off :D

Mine took about a few years but I didn't notice it before I found this thread and checked if it was still around.

If you don't care about the long waiting time I would do this anytime again this way.
