Searching for Dissolution Service for Belize IBC

I am Looking for someone who can dissolve my Belize IBC, since the current agent wants to do TIN and economic substance report first, but I know from another source these are not required by the regulator to offciially dissolve the company.

Generally I am just looking to get rid of the company in a way that is decent and leaves me with something to show since I obtained wealth from the company. Or do you think not paying renewal/strike off will be sufficient?

Hello, I have just read this forum and your message. can you tell me what you did? did you close the company by paying. or did you simply not pay for the renewal so that it closes quietly? Is it a risk to do so! because I want to shut mine. I have no debt. but my manager is asking me a fortune to close it!
