Seeking Advice: Converting Crypto in EU Without KYC

Do you suggest that I should visit a EUR/USD exchange bureau, locate a Turkish individual, and inquire whether they can convert BTC to EUR? That sounds quite problematic

pragmatically speaking there is not any different handing over 10k in bank notes and sending crypto hoping that bank notes will be given back in different currency
I have no personal experience but I wouldn't be surprised they are already able to help with that - will check with my contacts in both Prague and Bratislava
