Services and the formation of an BVI (British Virgin Islands) company your options?

Beside the BVI company I ill need some additional Virtual Office service.


Please advise your options, I basically may require a virtual office with director and mail forwarding service

You can have your Virtual Office in the BVI but as well in the Seychelles and Cyprus.

Please advise that is it possible for me to change the deal after one or few year, properly I will cancel the Nominee Director or some additional service to lower the annual fee in the mean time. If I purchase nominee director service, do I have to use nominee shareholder service?

You can change the nominee director later or simply just remove him if you like, also you do not need a nominee shareholder just because you have a director, there is nothing static in the company formation it can be change as your requirements change.
