Did it ever happen that a small offshore tax haven country such as Seychelles, Nevis, Bahams, Cayman, alike where attempting to hunt down foreigners that violated some local law? I thought in worse case they just close the company and be done with it. Sure, one shouldn't try to visit there but they won't bother with an international warrant, enforcement of foreign judgement, calling other governments for help?
