what are the most stable offshore banking sectors/centers in the world? i only ask because there was an offshore bank in latvia called ablv which went belly up for some reason. how can i know for sure which jurisdictions will be the most and i mean the most stable for depositors/investors? the bank ablv in latvia for some strange reason went under and can only hope that no one was scammed out of their money! can someone please tell me how to determine how stable the best jurisdictions will be? rsvp.
