the main problem is their staff don't know or perhaps don't want to tell client the real reason behind the bug...quite unprofessional...make me worried for few days (thinking the bank is involved in money laundering, USD channel has been blocked by US big brother like Latvia banks)~
 
Don't you think that Bank of Georgia is just working on your case? They are one of the largest banks in Georgia and take their time.
