Under CRS, the account you hold with them for the prepaid card is reportable.

I thought so, but the idea is that 10k euro/year will not trigger a CRS request.

Ok I got the point...I have other accounts that are registered in that country, and they certainly do CRS. My goal is to not have my trips to that country leaving a very obvious track to the authorities by way of using a foreign card to withdraw cash, so I thought that either that card would "fly under the radar" for being anonymous, or either it is more likely that the very fact that it is used triggers some kind of cross-check.
