I want EMIs that has low fees. Being not crypto friendly is okay.
So far, these EMIs I have tried
  • Payoneer - High fees, has cards but prepaid, bad currency conversion rate
  • Wise - I use it regularly. Luckily I have USD account with ACH support. But I use it to send outgoing ACH
  • Priyo Pay - Good service. Has a website, but no apps available yet. With lackluster website I doubted them at first. Fees are similar to Payoneer but a bit lesser. Issues Debit cards. (USA and Bangladesh only)
  • ElevatePay - Entirely free banking service for the money savings, and receiving part. But transferring money, and creating additional cards has fees. (available for Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippine, Egypt etc. ). But whenever money comes from a new source, they asks about the invoice or other documents.

Just a small remark: Be advised that this is a completely standard procedure nowadays, especially for bigger transfers (high 4 figures+). You will hardly avoid this burden, I am afraid.

Other than that, I am sorry I have no recommendation
– Bangladesh is a specific territory. Especially if you are freelancer – if you had a company, your situation would be better. :(

I see many options for opening a company in the USA for a better access to financial services, but I am skeptical. What if a patent troll or some ill intention people make me face legal issues in the USA? Although, I am not going to run a million dollar business anytime soon. Most likely I will take payments for SaaS apps.

Well, your concerns are fully legitimate (I, of course, have no clue what your business is particularly about).
Yet I did not have in mind establishing prticularly a US LLC; I wanted to advise you that certain (actually a lot of) EMIs onboard only companies, neither private persons nor freelancers. Hence even with a Bangladesh company you can – in principle – be onboarded e.g. at Currenxie which is good, or possibly at some other Hong Kong EMI as Statrys.

Yes, this is quite common business case...
