can anyone recommend a good swiss lombard bank for silver as collateral

Physical, book silver or Fund silver? Do you also really need a Swiss bank for a Lombard loan?

physical .....bank is not needed but i have no isses to open a new account

You can try SGPMX and loans they offer. You can send them your silver using their asset transfer service.

There is also another dealer out there offering loans but its on a peer to peer basis where they broker it. I can't remember the name off head right now.
