Sychelles company IBC stricked off - can the owner get persued legally?

Hi, a sychelles IBC company got struck off from the register for non payment of the renewal fees, can the owner and sole stakeholder be persuade legally if he visits the Seychelles personally after that ?

In reality? No, not unless you've done something to really upset the authorities. Hundreds if not thousands of companies expire each year. You don't matter.

If an enterprise is struck off from the register for non-payment of the renewal fees, it will no longer be considered a legal entity. This means that the enterprise will not be able to enter into contracts or own assets in its name. The enterprise will also be dissolved and any assets remaining in its name will be transferred to the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIA).
