Dear Offshorecoroptalk members,

Will appreciate your opinions and advises regarding optimization of Czech registered s.r.o. trading company. The main objective is to continue operations of this legal entity, but how to optimize the deals and shareholders structure to avoid extra profit taxation. Will appreciate for non heavy and not expensive structure solutions. Company activity is to buy goods from EU manufacturers and export to non-EU customers. No any illegal or sanctioned activity. Strict internal control of customers and exporting routes to avoid sanctioned activities. So looking for legal and available solutions for optimization.

Thank you all.

To answer this, you'd need to know both all the little details about your business and know Czech law.

So my recommendation is to speak with a Czech lawyer/accountant specialized in corporate tax matters.

Ecovis is good and usually not very expensive. Might be a good place to start.
Thank you for recommendation! For sure i will speak to experts as well. Just want to know about personal experience of members, maybe somebody can share something interesting and useful in the feed.

Yes. I am also convinced that the proper solution depends heavily on your turnover and margins. Especially, if you, @eleb2019, are looking for non heavy and not expensive structure solutions – this is a relative idea, always. If you are in millions, any experience of a 100 million company will not be relevant for you and vice versa.
