Transfering ownership of US LLC to Nevis/BVI/Seycheles

How easy is to transfer the ownership of a Wyoming LLC from my personal name to an offshore company outside the US?

I'm not American nor live there.
My contry won't tax it.

How expensive would it be?
Would it trigger taxes in the US?

Do I need to open another LLC and transfer the assets?

I believe you just need to request the change of shares from the LLC to the offshore company.

If you have an offshore company, the cost I think should be low
