I use my own solution hosted in flat, but in the past I used few services, please search for current offers at google, search phrases: "real virtual sms number country" or "dedicated sms number price"
Be aware for scamers, go to big companies with high prices.

It's probably because of the two factor authentication. Just buy a prepaid sim card.
