Question UAE company for trading crypto on Binance p2p flatform

Hi all

I'm a Binance p2p Merchant in Cambodia.

My main job is exchange crytos to cash or bank tranfer. Now I want to open company in Dubai for crypto friendly bank and laws. Also free tax.

i found Some seller trading exchange crypto by cash in Dubai also. I wonder if they trade as personal or as entile. But they got licensed and approved by Binance

I hear that Dubai recently regulated, licensed for crypto exchanger like me

Any one can help me choose correct type of company and make bank accounts..

I tried contact Fred @ Dlsdubai Telegram for 3 days but Noone answer so post here.

None bank in Dubai is crypto friendly.....Dubai crypto license only for
  1. Exchange
  2. Fundrasing Platform Operator (ICO)
  3. Custody Services
  4. Brokerage
The DMCC Crypto License is not available for:

  1. Crypto/Fiat Cashout
  2. Banking with UAE Banks
  3. Trading
  4. OTC

Thanks for your answer. I read this post and found that Fred said: "There are plenty of options to build a reliable Crypto/Fiat Cashout Solution we are happy to help with however the DMCC Crypto License is non of these."

I think about open normal fz company with trading license.

Use residence visa make personal bank account and trading as inviduall on Binance p2p?

Inviduall trading crypto on binance p2p is legally and no need any license and free taxes isn't it?

My trading volume about 100k$/day only

You need to open a company in DMCC and EMI accounts with Payset.

You want to use a combi of Kraken and Wise or Kraken and Intergiro og Bankera
