UAE Free Zone Company + Bank account for sale

Hello everyone, I created a free zone company in Ras al Khaimah (UAE) last year, I opened 2 bank accounts (Emirates Islamic and Mashreq). I don't need it anymore, but I know that opening a bank account is difficult so if anyone is interested I'm selling it with both accounts.

How much do you want for them and will the banks keep the accounts opened after the ownership transfer?

Yes accounts can be kept, we just need to change the ownership. I want 10.000€, it's the price that I paid for opening the company and the accounts.

I have not renewed it. It was expiring in May so it might be possible to still take it with little or no penalties.

The company is mine but I have nothing to do with the service provider. I am not a service provider, I’m just a guy who owns a company and no longer needs it.

OP, you may clarify if the company is clean or have traded before, any liabilities, how would the buyer take over the bank accounts, I think it will never happen, the bank will refuse???

For sure you will need to go through a full new dd with the bank, but being the account already opened will simplify things
