What do you mean by safe? Paying dividends is standard practice for business owners.
I mean, what is the best way to withdraw the company's profits - as salary or dividends - in order to avoid problems with the bank?
For example, a company with an annual profit of 1.2M and one shareholder/employee. Would it be optimal to pay a salary of 50k and quarterly dividends of 150k?

If you have about $1M annual profit then the best way is salary because;

- It will be tax-free even after CT comes in 2023.
- It will make easier to work with banks, easy to get credit cards, loans, easy KYC, etc.. or government related things like foreign country visa applications etc.. because all the systems mainly focused on people who are on salary.

If you have a $10M annual profit, then you have to go with salary + dividends because a $1M salary will be questioned.

Here is an example using rak bank. It is all about the combination of exchanges and your profile with the bank, private or business.
