UAE to legalize gambling

These rumors were around for some time, but UAE seems to be legalizing gambling:

No rumors, it is 100% confirmed that UAE is legalizing "Gaming". It will start with Ras Al Khaimah (Marjan Island) where a lot of resorts started to open with an empty floor for future gaming.

You can even see that a new Authority in the UAE was created to sort out the approvals.

I personally have invested in Real Estate on the same island and expect significant growth by 2026.
