Looking for advice from any other UK Ltd company owners that funded their garden / home office through their business.
I understand it’s possible if for 100% business use, but could incur a CGT charge upon selling the property. Is there a way to avoid that and/or is it worth worrying about? Is there any way to write it off from the company in years to come? What would I inform my accountant that this large cost relates to as it will be a fairly large one off cost.
