UK Ltd and MOSS in 2022

I read that UK businesses will lose option to use VAT-MOSS in 2022.
How to deal with B2C transactions (UK LTD to non business customers from EU countries) after that?

From my understanding is that once The UK leaves the MOSS it in effect neutralises the obligation. If there is no effective system then how can they enforce it.

The UK will soon become a tax haven for non residents.

There are international treaties that makes it possible to arrest and extradite a person if he is wanted in another country for a crime, like tax fraud.
