Hi all. I’ve been running a UK limited company bringing back dollars to the UK for some years now.
I have a new business venture not launched yet and not registered as a company so I was wondering if I registered it in Dubai or an offshore location I could then reinvest some of the income outside the UK without being taxed first?
I see Google Play will pay wire transfer to Dubai for example but don’t see the Cayman Islands. Other offshore locations require a company registration to have a local person also registered on the company board which I want to avoid.
Of course, any income to me I’d receive from the company would be taxable to UK, probably via invoicing the company and presenting myself as self employed.
