I would like to ask members to give me advice on the following:
For US LLCs there are state and federal filing requirements.
My understanding is that for the federal level as a non US resident, we are talking about form 5472 and proforma 1120.
The question arises in regards to state filing requirements. I am looking at New Mexico or Wyoming.
Can someone explain to me what exactly the state level filing requirements are for each? I know that NM has no annual report, while Wyoming does. It seems that NM, however, does have a so-called Corporate Income and Franchise Tax return. Is there anything else besides this? What about Wyoming? Do they have anything else other than the Annual Report?
Any suggestions on which one requires less professional help, less admin overall?
