US LLC - Wyoming or New Mexico?

For non US residents, and all being equal, which is better: Wyoming LLC or New Mexico one?

Wyoming is better for asset protection but you have to pay a filing fee every year.
New Mexico has lower asset protection, but no renewal fee.
Both have anonymity if you use an organizer or registered agent to file the documents for you.
You can also find cheaper registered agent in NM than in WY.
None of them have state tax filing if you don't do business in that state.
You are still required to file federal tax if your LLC is doing any business in the US.

did you check banking options? (if you need it)
If most of your trading isn't locally (US) not much chances to get it. Most common option is Mercury but I heard they'll close when see not local trading or low rate. Take on account before move forward.

Since last month. The process took around 2 days and responding to their 2 or 3 emails. I opened personal wise acc first business 2nd. I did not use it for now. I do not have cpa now, I opened llc back in march.

FYI wise debit card is not available in the US. (so no card for us llc)

Use Mercury.com or RelayFi.com, they both offer debit cards. A breeze to use.
