US LLC - Wyoming or New Mexico?

Wyoming is better for asset protection but you have to pay a filing fee every year.
New Mexico has lower asset protection, but no renewal fee.
Both have anonymity if you use an organizer or registered agent to file the documents for you.
You can also find cheaper registered agent in NM than in WY.
None of them have state tax filing if you don't do business in that state.
You are still required to file federal tax if your LLC is doing any business in the US.

Hello,
did you check banking options? (if you need it)
If most of your trading isn't locally (US) not much chances to get it. Most common option is Mercury but I heard they'll close when see not local trading or low rate. Take on account before move forward.

Well, then answer accordingly. "WY is better for a, b, c, d and worse for x, y, z. NM is better for d, e, j, f"
New Mexico is better for anonimity, specially for european webmasters running a politically incorrect website that could be targeted by their own governments for their content.

Wyoming is ideal for running business and assets protection
