Hi guys

Setting up a delaware llc and a mercury bank account.

The payments will be for SaaS from all over the world including USA.

As far as I get, I won’t need to pay any taxes, that correct?

In this case, can I use the business card for personal use?

I am not a US/EEA citizen.

If you use it for personal expenses you could incur in “corporate veil piercing” and complicate your tax exposure in the US. Just avoid it.

Where does an edge between "personal use but it's ok" and "personal use that would incur comprate veil piercing" lie?
Is it determined by frequency? Or amounts? Or kinds of payments?

Difficult to say tbh, you should constantly check with your US accountant for each payment, I simply just avoid to do that.

even if corporate veil is pierced, it will still not change the fact that he is a non-resident alien who's not subject to tax.
Still transferring to a personal account and using personal card is a more clean tax configuration.
