User bonox: anyone have experience with his formation services?

Hello, new user and first post -

I am wondering about bonox and anyones experience with him on company formation. I was looking to purchase a company from him but had to put it on hold, so I recommended his services to a friend. My friend bought and paid for a UK company with nominee and has been trying to get in touch with him since Wednesday, but he has not responded. I hope its just a misunderstanding. Anyone have any experience with him?
