I'm starting a new business online and want to avoid to pay too much tax and my name to be visible on the Internet! What is the best company to register to get that?

I would look first at what payment processor will accept your business, then I would check what country will the payment processor accept and then I would look into tax and privacy issues.

If you don't find anything better register a Cyprus company if you have the budget for it!

I look into Cyprus already but wonder if a cheaper Belize company can get me the same? I do elance.com and odesk jobs for people around. I could use 2checkout and let people pay the fees!
