Vietnam? hell no, unless you absolutely need it for your personal life or unique on the ground opportunity.
Singapore used to be good. But I assume it became more costly and cumbersome these days.
USA LLCs work for some as well.

USA LLC and Dubai company as it is right now will work the best for my business activities. You can create a UK LTD owned by some of the first mentioned entities if you need something better.
