What is required to setup a Cyprus company?

I want to know if it is easy to setup a Cyprus company with bank account?

Can you explain me what documents are required and if I have to visit Cyprus to get the company registered there?

The only thing you need is a valid passport and utility bill. There is no need to visit Cyprus nor to provider anything else for the company formation.

There is a application you will have to complete, easy to do and takes only a few minutes.

I think you will need many of the same kind of documents no matter where you want to set up your company.

But passport, proof of address and a lot of details about your business activity - everything will always depend on the business activity both for the company and the bank account.

It's not allowed to spam this thread with agent's able to setup the company in Cyprus, I would suggest you to have a look at the forum & peoples signature or to Google research a little on providers. It's not that difficult to find one reliable.
