Documents are automatically deleted after some time in many cloud storages (almost in all, in fact). But 95% of them I do not consider secure at all; and generally, using a (not own) cloud for sending documents it is not the best way. Remember that you are uploading your documents to be stored on a server that you have under absolutely no control.
Having said that: you can check Proton Drive (Proton Drive - Free Encrypted Cloud File Storage & Sharing). I still consider guys from Proton being reasonably trustworthy (although I would not upload there any – sensitive – file that is not reasonably encrypted).
