Do you have any suggestions please? Money is not a problem I just need the right and bulletproof offshore company setup to be 99% sure my identity will not be revealed.

You may do a search on the forum. If you have a large budget you may consider a Trust -> Foundation -> Offshore IBC setup. That's what will maximize the privacy and you can protect your assets.

This seems to me to be a great offshore setup with maximum protection. Do you have more details please?
In the mentor group forum there is a complete detailed document that can be downloaded where all is explained down to the smallest detail. It's our paid forum.

No. Wrong. If your only concern is hiding your 'identity' you are attempting to setup a structure that will only succeed in unfavorable presumptions in your home country. You will want a offshore solution to hold your assets and another to hold monies. Another for revenue. Another would be the member of a entity from your originating country which THAT would be the entity you use to and fro in replacement of your 'name and address, etc'd

And to set all this up I would recommend you to get in touch with a local tax and legal adviser otherwise you will find yourself in a position where you don't want to be.

Correct Admin.

Do your homework and make sure that the person assisting with the process is not just issuing you a template which they give to everyone. 100% protection is always a case by case basis. Elements change requiring a change in Structure. For instance a corporation can ONLY be formed for specific purpose. So if you go form a corporation and dump all your monies in it and start buying up the world with it, an Agency who finds out will get you because you just messed it all up by treating it as an alter-ego. Find someone who will also teach you and provide you consulting to understand how to be "corporate" (for lack of better words)

Guys I thank you for your help. Together with my tax consultant I build a strtcure that do what I'm looking for. There are a few offshore entities set up.
