Hi there

Where would you incorporate a holding company who will hold shares of multiple companies of Real Estate?

This is the structure:

Offshore Foundation owns a holding company, this holding company owns real estate companies of different jurisdictions example: Panama IBC for Panama Estate, Delaware LLC for USA Estate, Hong Kong IBC for Hong Kong Estate, Bahamas IBC for Bahamas Estate, Cyprus IBC for Cyprus Estate.

The thing is this holding company must own every real estate company according to the jurisdiction but the holding company can not be direct owner of real estate but local company real estate.

Now I am going to put two examples about how much money and where to make real estate investments.

1. Countries to invest: USA, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Brazil.
Money to invest for each country: 20 Mill USD
Total Investment per month: 100 Mill USD

2. Countries to invest: Panama, Colombia and Brazil.
Money to invest for each country: 1.5 Mill USD
Total Investment per month: 4.5 Mill USD

So which holding jurisdiction would be the best for asset protection and privacy? AND
which holding jurisdiction would be the best for open a business bank account to make transfers to the local companies?

These two questions for example 1 and example 2, meaning, example 1 for a lot of money and example 2 for a bit of money.

In these examples, UBO is not citizen/resident of USA/EU, also there's no problem for banking such as for offshore foundation as for local companies. However, all income will come from one IBC investment company directly owned by the foundation meaning the outgoing transfers will be from from Panama, then goes to the holding company and finally goes to each local company bank account.

What do you think about this example as a learning resource?

Thank you.
