Question wise: ACCOUNT_NOT_SUPPORTED error

Has this error ever occurred to anybody?
I have been able to use it as recipient just few days ago. Today i get this error.
Company got blacklisted or something? (account is in EU)
I tried to select another recipient and i wasn't getting this error..
