Anyone knows what this e-mails are about, I get tons of them, when I reply no one get back, is it just a way to check if it is a valid e-mail so they can start spamming it ?

You are not the only one getting those e-mails, and this is pure spam, a nice trick to get valid e-mails they can sell or spam for a few bucks.
