WY LLC disclosing Beneficial Owner information?

Hey guys, yesterday I went to the website of Wyoming Secretary of State and I looked for an LLC of a friend.

On this website, you can look for a LLC and get access to the history of filings and also download PDFs (initial filing, tax returns, etc).

I noticed that this LLC have this in the filings history: "2024 Original Annual Report". It's when you have to pay the sales tax (60$/year) for Wyoming LLcs.

I downloaded the PDF and I saw that on this document there is Full Name and Signature of my friend... Now the question is: I have to file the same return in 60 days. Is there a way to avoid putting my name in public along with my LLC so I can stay anon?
how do you managed to avoid your name public? did you able to remove your name or it's to late?

Once it is there, it is not reversible. You can't remove it. Always use an agent to fill it.

Can you imagine a bored German tax agent saying to his colleague "Hey check this Guido Möller guy i've read about on OCT, lets see what he is up to" LOL
Well... just as a small side-note, to avoid someone evt. being surprised: From what I have heard, e.g. Italian taxmen are aware about OCT and read it.

They can read ROT1?

PS: I just see, the chiffering is gome since the upgrade. Was really fun reading ROT1 messages previously without login. Almost like the good old ROT13 days!

:) Do not underestimate their IQ... and to create some login is definitely not a difficult task ;)

Sorry; I cannot disclose my sources publicly. Nevertheless, if e.g. @JohnnyDoe walks here around, he might be willing to comment, he is well informed re: Italy, TBMK. But this is off-topic here, feel free to open another thread in an appropriate forum if you like to dicusss this deeper (I can move there the relevant posts afterwards).

I know in person one voyeur tax police guy who lurks this forum regularly. Can’t tell more ofc ;)

Isn't the address the one under "V. The organizer of the limited liability company is" section (Edina, MN - USA)?
It should be. But who knows except him ;)

Are all the details about the shareholder or beneficial owner now provided in a Wyoming company? And is it freely publicly accessible?

Only if you put your name on the signature field when filling:

Koohl, don't become a Guido Möller! He is already legend here on OCT.

Well they charge 500$ for a complete setup of a Wyoming company, if you can pay that with crypto and you gain any benefits, it's worth all it and not shopping around to find something a few dollars cheaper. This is already cheap, very cheap!
