@Puzel12 Why do you post that?
It is an incomplete screenshot which misses out on the important distinction between resident citizen and resident alien.

@complex is absolutely correct with his assesment. Considering the title of this thread, the Philippines should have a prominent place on this list!

Relevant:
Resident citizens are taxed on worldwide income, resident aliens are taxed on Philippine sourced income only.
Ref. to RA 8424, Title II, Chapter III, Section 24 (A)(1)(c).

For anybody who wants complete and up-to-date info (besides my above posted RA), read -> Philippines - Individual - Taxes on personal income (2. sentence).

This list could be misguiding IMHO. Without understanding what is foreign sourced income, and Permanent Establishment/Controlled Foreign Corporation laws in a country, you could easily break local tax laws of the country.

For example, Georgia shouldn't be on the list if you run an active enterprise from Georgia, read more here: Is Foreign Source Income In Georgia Tax Free? Read The Small Print... & Tax Liability For Foreign Business Owners Living In Georgia -

This is the case in many of these countries. Territorial taxation -in most cases- is only interesting for people who receive passive income (-> interest, dividends, sporadic capital gains from stock market transactions without active trading).
