Title - we're fairly far along and ready to take things seriously and can process meaningful volume, but we have been frankly dragging our feet on the making money side.

I am a US resident, but operations exclusively are outside of the US and what we're doing is 100% legal in each jurisdiction we operate in.

We need to start processing payments, incorporate, a merchant account and a business bank account. We need a US holding company and a privacy/tax jurisdiction.

We have found a willing payments processor, but are stuck on merchant account provider/ business bank account. We'd appreciate any help and would take leads on consultants who can help us with this.

DM me or reply please - with informed info please, not just "I heard Belize is good".

Would also like some exchanges with others in the same boat - other adult or escort websites and willing to share tips.

Many thanks in advance!

We can use an EMI - just need a good one!

@kiwioush
as stated with operations outside the US, look at adult merchant processors outside the US jurisdiction, with criterias for accepting payments globally via multiple payment options such as debit/credit cards, mobile payments,
direct banking from clients globally.

moreover due to nature of business you would need a processor, merchant acct provider, banking. all operational within same jurisdiction.

i.e processor in cyprus, merch acct in cyprus, entity in cyprus, banking in cyprus.

the above allows longterm payments, stability as well ability to sync all aspect on operations in one sphere.

keys to note:
1. for longterm use and avoidance of frozen funds all aspects of setup should be outside US jurisdiction, as processors and bank avoid entities with origins, historical, and operational patterns within US jurisdictions..

2. incoming cash settlements, should be in currencies other than the USD.

3. incorporating entity in jurisdiction tolerable to your nature and category of your business.

4. processor with a cash settlement window of 24-48hrs.

5. processors with a direct cash now buttons which alternatively replaces the use of direct API integration on your website.

6. banking acct allowing for realtime settlements from merchant dashboard to bank acct.

7. banking with online ability allowing for outgoing withdrawals to multiple jurisdictions globally.

based on your experience you think that a payment processor will give you daily settlements for a startup?

highly unlikely but good tips still
however answer is too broad
youre describing the best case scenario which is unlikely again with banks lowering all of their risk appetite unless you do have relationships with reps in banks and acquirers then its something else
Yea does exist and settlements executed within a 24hr window of card payments..

scenarios prescribed are practical and executable..

banking always a crucial cell, towards successful settlements..

Regardless of Highrisk service/industry, solutions and setups exists globally.

what doesnt work and isnt applicable according to your experience, doesnt necessary matter or relate to others..

A setup or possibility thats not feasible within your jurisdiction or within your reach does not necessarily apply to others as well as globally...
