Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I have a concern about ADV cash. I have set up IP address binding and my account is blocked due to security setting. I request ADV support to disable IP address binding on 26th April and asked to share photo of me with passport/ID card and ADV request number. I have shared the required documents and I am not getting reply from ADV team from 26th April. Can anyone tell what would be the resolution time. Thanks, Jonathan

had similar problem with a payment. They didn't replied for 2 weeks and then suddenly the payment was in the account and they send a reply to the ticket, apologized for the delay

I'm happy with AdvCash even though of this incident..

When reading the mentor group gold since last week I have seen many that have been happy to circumvent the entre meaing of KYC. Advcash seems like a great platform for businesses.
But up till today I still unable to verify my business account although I have submitted all my documents. Even contacted the support but still it's a no help at all. Cause I've submitted whatever documents I have provided by my government to prove I'm the business owner. So without my account being verified, I still don't know how Advcash will work.

For business its a hard KYC. Also if you verified you have to verifiy again some things to be able to pay in via SEPA.

Did it. Took me about 1 month for the 2 verifications.

But if everything with your company is fine you will get it.

Just made a business. Can't say sth about personal. But they said for my affiliates (they have to make advcash wallets) it would be easy to verifiy within 15minutes to opening.

Still same, passport, utility bill and selfie later, that's it.

Business account can be opened with a UK company in a few days, I had simply no problems with it.
