UAE vs Cyprus for crypto trading company

Your reply doesn't make sense.

It's exactly the opposite because if indeed untrue this tax claim is against his business interest.

In this case it can be his stupidity but out of thin air fabricating anti-marketing claims that go against him makes zero sense.
As a general point, what he is doing is illegal. The type of services he is offering are regulated and cannot be offered by whoever decides to set up a consulting firm. Not sure how any serious professional or entrepreneurs would take decision based on advice received from an influence instead of a professional lawyer or tax advisor.

Well, in the back-end it is probably a law firm or general licensed CSP, with him running some sort of white-label and reselling the services with a markup via his brand.

But, specifically in this case, he is sharing a lot of misinformation about the Cypriot tax system. Yes, your point is absolutely true

The information he is spreading is so inaccurate on most occasions that I have my doubts that he has any lawyers or accountants supporting him
