0% Tax and Tax Residency: Which Countries?

This has been discussed dozens of time and, unfortunately, there is no simple answer. Best is a personal choice and the availability of zero tax can depend on what type of income it is (salary, dividends, pension, royalties, other capital gains).

Living in Costa Rica, Monaco, Bahamas, Thailand, Mauritius, and Hong Kong are very different from each other. What do you want out of life?

Do you want only zero tax options or are you open to low tax burdens?

I agree with the above.
The price tag of 0% tax residency can be very different depending on your citizenship.
Become an UAE citizen and 0% tax residence costs 0 USD for you (we can close this thread now).

Not trying to be a smartass here, but a better approach would be to find the most practical setup given your specific circumstances (citizenship, income level, wealth, how you make money) so I advise you to start with that. It can be so that 0.1% or even 5% tax burden is more practical than 0%.
