I'm afraid you will not be able to open a bank account anywhere in the EU for a Seychelles company. That country is blacklisted, there's nothing you can do.

I'm happy with my remote opened Cyprus bank account. Have one for a Belize company and one for a Seychelles corp. If you have shitty business don't play with them. If your business is mainstream and regular you can use them without any fear!

Got it. Next question would be where to find a good short list of introducers. IIRC in the past when I asked Bank of Cyprus, they gave me a link to all of Cyprus lawyers and basically said, good luck.

that's the way it is, they can't recommend you a introducer because of a conflict of interest!

Ukraine+EU Residency no problem. Adding a Seychelles would be hit and miss. There is many people with EU residency and nationality who have an issue to open an account for Seychelles company.

@Martin Everson I am an EU resident and thinking of setting up an IBC or CSL in Seychelles. Are there any options other than Cyprus for a bank account?

You may go for an EMI account for your setup. It's going to be very difficult to setup any bank account for an offshore entity even for an onshore!

yes, I would forget about a regular bank account for a BZ or BVI company. Just google this forum. Research banking options before incorporating.

I heard that Transferwise asks for serious documents after 50K usd of transactions. I've checked transferwise help page and they are not easy to dealt with

It depends on where the money comes from and how good you are in preparing supporting documents in such cases.
