Best Offshore Banks for Cash Deposits?

Hi, I have been looking for for a good country with a few limitations for cash deposits. Unfortunately I dont see any option in Belize.

Unlimited Cash services and a big limit deposit (at least $1k) to ask documentation. The first option is the most important, Belize only works by wire transfer.
