Hi , i want to sell Digital Goods (i buy them with BTC) and sell them also with BTC Payment gateway worldwide. I live in EU(Germany) so for every country the online shop has to calculate the Tax value for the customer , now i want to create a offshore company to pay no taxes in my country and also no taxes for the customers . Is that possible ? Which kind would be the best?

Mistertango works well with BTC now
incorporation in Belize or smth + Mistertango may solve your issue
there are no much options to stay anonymous nowadays, you need to hire somebody, who can pass all KYC procedures instead of you

Thank you for rply.

i have already the payment gateways for buying my products in BTC and sell my products in BTC. The problem are the taxes. So a company in Belize would make the taxes for my customers to 0% for digital goods?

Belize is absolutely tax free
but another important issue is to stay anonymous, otherwise your tax office will get all the information about you
some solutions for it are still availible, you may find it here on the forum

The question you should ask yourself is what you want to do with this income.
Besides, if all transactions are for virtual goods paid in BTC, you may manage to keep your whole business tax free. It would not be very legal, but...

The corporate tax you have in Belize will be 0% if you setup a company there and open a BTC account for this BZ company! It would make it easier for you to get the money into a legit EU entity where you have to make accounting since the money will float from the tax free company to the taxed and you will not have to worry about what the exchange rate was at the moment you made the exchange from btc to fiat!

Also accounting wise it will be much easier to setup some simple offshore corp to collect the money and send it through to the legal entity to get taxed, at least for small setups.

But if i convert the BTC amount from my BZ BTC wallet to a Fiat Bank account in Germany they will ask from where the money comes , how about that? or Do you mean i have to open a Bank Account in germany for the BZ company too?

You open a bank account / EMI for the Belize company anywhere you want so you will sort out the accounting problem. If they ask for what this money is for you may show them invoice you may have send to your customers, these invoice can be in EUR and don't need to be in BTC!
